Perché non c'è una forma del verbo 'bisogna' nel congiuntivo o il futuro semplice?
Voglio dire queste frasi:
Habrá que hacerlo mas tardé.
Pienso que hay que hacerlo.
Hay que hacerlo. = Bisogna farlo.
Ma come si dice nel futuro?

Ciao! In realtà il futuro è molto usato, mentre il congiuntivo, benchè suoni male, è corretto!

Quanto alle tue frasi:
Habrá que hacerlo mas tarde - Bisognerà farlo più tardi.
Pienso que hay que hacerlo. - Credo che bisogni farlo.

Ci sono sia i tempi del congiuntivo sia il futuro semplice dell'indicativo. Però ormai il verbo si usa sempre con una costruzione impersonale (solo alla terza persona, singolare o plurale). Esempi:
"Pensavo che bisognasse farlo" (congiuntivo imperfetto)
"Penso che bisognerà farlo" (indicativo futuro semplice)
