Please find attached the medical certificate sent/forwarded by the staff requesting leave extension. I have received an email along with a medical certificate from one of my staff who is on leave and requesting for leave extension . In the medical certificate, the doctor has mentioned that the staff is sick and require bed rest for 15 days. This email I need to notify to Human resource for their update and consideration of leave extension. Please help me correct the below content of the email "Please find attached the medical certificate sent/forwarded by the subject mentioned staff requesting leave extension for your doing the needful"
