你弄我病 It does not make sense at all in Chinese. maybe you want to say 你真让我恶心 You make me sick to my stomach. (your behavior or words)

Usually I use "好恶心“ or "恶心死了” if I see something or my close friend do some funny face. If use it to express the people i dont like, that means disgusting. barely not say it face to face, thats really hurts. "你弄我病” it is not a sentence at all

I think you are describing someone who did something which is disgusting to you. in Chinese, you say你很噁心 directly
