"I don't know where my mind is" Hello! In Spanish we say "no sé donde tengo la cabeza" when you —for some reason— are distracted and forget or do things wrong. I found on Google "I don't know where my mind is", is that phrase correct for that situation? Thanks for your help! :)

“I don’t know where my mind is” would be correct in AmE, possibly a little old-fashioned though.

Hey, yeah we wouldn't use those words however... maybe we would instead say something like ' I think I'm losing it' or 'my head's all over the place today'.

Yes, it's correct for the present tense. For the past, just change "... mind is" to "... mind was." You can also say, "I don't know what I was doing."

For me, I would translate this 'my head is like a sieve today!' Or even these: ' I am all over the place today' ; dispensing with 'mind' here. ' My head's gone today!'
