Translation help! ENG > JAP
Hello everyone, I need a piece of advise!
I have to translate a sentence, but I can't find the appropriate Japanese verb, so every suggestion is welcome!
The sentence is very anime-ish, pronounced angrily by a man yelling at his son's killers: "You took my son away from me!"
I found the verbs 奪い去った and 奪い取った (お前ら息子を***!), which is better?
Help me please 🙏🏻
Ciao a tutti, avrei bisogno di un parere!
Dovrei tradurre una frase, ma non riesco a trovare un verbo adeguato in giapponese, ogni suggerimento è ben accetto!
La frase è molto "animesca", pronunciata in tono arrabbiato da un uomo che sta urlando contro gli assassini di suo figlio:
"Mi avete portato via mio figlio!"
Ho trovato i verbi 奪い去った e 奪い取った (お前ら息子を***!), qual è migliore?
Aiutatemi per favore 🙏🏻
どうやって直せばいいでしょうか。

「奪い取る」(うばいとる)plunder, grab, snatch という動詞が適切です。
「お前らは、わしの息子を奪い取った」

As a note,
召す(めす)
An old Japanese word, the original meaning of which is "to look", a (very) polite form of "見る“.
Lots of the derivative meanings came out. e.g,
- reign ( < look down their country from the hill)
- call/summon/marry (< let someone stand in front of them and look)
- drink, eat, wear, ride, draw, buy, and so on
(< let something put in front of them and look)
In modern Japanese, we say:
- お召し物: 「服」の敬語
- 召し上がる: 「食べる」の敬語
- 召使い:servant ( a person who is called and used)

Just to let you know, you use a verb "召す" to describe the action of a holy people. It means to eat or call someone to see him or her.
天皇陛下が食事を召し上がった。
雪の降る夜、彼は天に召された。
