3 - both Also, it's - Monday. With capital first letter :)

If you are talking about Mondays in general then you need the plural - 'I work at home on Mondays' 'On Mondays I work at home'. If you just mean next Monday, although both are correct, it would be more natural to say something like 'I'm working at home on Monday'
