Question 3: When you are in an elevator, you want to know if someone outside the elevator wants to go into the elevator or not, what should you say? Is it correct to say: "Are you coming in? Or Are you coming? "

Q1. You should say either:
"Excuse me."
"Excuse me, may I get through please?"
Q2. You should say:
"Keep to the right so that others have room to go up, please."
Q3. I would say either:
"Going up?" (I would also point up, but that's just me)
"Going down?" (I would also point down)
