Richtig ist: Ich wasche mir die Hände. Sie waschen sich die Hände. "sich waschen" is a reflexive verb and the reflexive pronoun has to match the subject. Grammatically also "Sie waschen ihnen die Hände" would be possible but the meaning is completely different as this would indicate that someone washes somebody else's hands.
