Hello Sophy, Well it is not necessarily a sexual harassment ,at least not so obvious from Sophy's post. If it is a mild case you could be diplomatic enough to keep your job and make him aware that you are not interested. If he persists and tries picking on you whenever possible and it exceeds the accepted flirt boundaries you will have to look for another job !

if you are asking about something happening to you, my answer is BAD....probably you are having serious problems with no easy solution. if love in fact means (sexual) passion or alike then WORSE. What are the laws about this in your country? here they are more or less ok and the results for the "victims" are not good the most of the cases. (i mean that it is not only the reparation but the upside downs these situations bring with).

This is called sexual harassment in Western countries as your boss has the power to hire and fire you. No good can come of this as you'll be the one to lose your job. Ask for a transfer.
