Is this sentence grammatically correct? Hello everyone, I have another sentence that I dont really know for sure if I have written it correctly. Please help me with this. The sentence is: "Yahoo announced on September 27, 2019 that it had decided the purchase period of the Tender Offer to be from September 30 to November 13. " Thank you !

I would change "to be from" to "would be from" or "will be from". "Tender Offer" should be "tender offer". Also, I don't know enough about the subject material to be certain, but "the purchase period of the Tender Offer" sounds awkward. I would just say "the period of the tender offer".
