Ciao 😊
Letteralmente puoi tradurre con "ogni cosa è esattamente uguale", ma puoi anche tradurre come "nulla è cambiato".
Quindi:
"I feel like time has stood still and everything is exactly the same" = Sento come se il tempo si fosse fermato e (ogni cosa è esattamente uguale) nulla è cambiato"

Ciao, questa è una bellissima frase inglese 😍. Alcune volte in italiano la traduzione letterale non rende, quindi "everything is exactly the same" è meglio tradurlo come "nulla è cambiato". EN > IT [I feel like time has stood still and everything is exactly the same. // È come se il tempo si fosse fermato, nulla è cambiato]
