文法：ろくに〜ない：Difference between ろくに and あまり？（違う点）
What is the difference between ろくに and あまり？ ＊（違い点）＊
ろくに と あまり の違いは何でしょうか？もしかして、両方とも同じですか？お願いします！
⒈ろくに勉強しないのに文句ばかり言うのは困る。
（あまり勉強しないのに文句ばかり言うのは困る。）
⒉病気の時は、ろくに食べられない。
（病気の時は、あまり食べられない。）

ろくに～ない means "not properly~", and it can also has a sense of insult like your 1st example sentence.
あまり～ない means simply "not so much ~".
ろくにの漢字は、「碌に」です。
（日本人はあまりこの漢字を使いませんが、Miaさんは中国人なので、漢字のほうが意味が伝わるかと思い書いてみました。）

I am not a native speaker but I can speak Japanese pretty well. Roku ni is more like sufficient, like something is not enough and amari is more like "not so much".
