You could say "I pushed her to get used to doing exercises on the weekends" that would a grammatically correct or you could say "I helped her get used to doing exercises every weekend." both would work. Hope this helps

I’m not sure if it’s the only grammatically correct form, but I’ve heard “get used to doing smth” more often. so I’d say “I made her get used to doing exercises on the weekends”
