Some people get their kicks, stomping on a dream.
In this lyric, I think the meaning is that "Some people have fun by destroying other's dream"
Because I think the meaning of "get someone's kicks (from something)" is that they are interested in (something) and "stomping on a dream" is destroying a dream.

I think rather than 'to be interested in' I would say that 'get someone's kicks' means the same as to enjoy (but often with the sense that what they are enjoying is morally or legally wrong). For example "If someone gets their kicks from taking drugs, but they aren't addicted is it a problem?" (that's just an example I am not opening a discussion on the subject!) - so they have fun /enjoy destroying other people's dreams
