It does mean "everybody", but in a negative sense. "He makes me feel like (this), and everybody else doesn't make me feel like this." Or, "he makes me feel like this, and nobody else makes me feel like this". Both of these statements are equivalent to "he makes me feel like nobody else", but more clear and less lyrical than the original!
"Not zero" doesn't equal "all", of course. One of a group of ten is not zero, but it is not all.
