How can I refund my fee after my teacher declined to lesson request?
It's already paid even though the trial lesson request is not approved yet. But now after my teacher declined the request, how can I refund the fee or where can I find it? Can anybody help me?

If the teacher declines the request they won’t receive the payment, which means your payment is with the website now... if you don’t get it back within two or three days you could write to support@italki.com where folks are really cool and helpful....
