Hello Meir ， It is fùjìn fu4jin4 not "fu jing" It means "nearby , in the vicinity or next to". fu4jin4 you3 shang1dian4 ma ？附近有商店吗？ Is there a store nearby ? or Is there a shop in the vicinity ?
