Dispose, discard or simply throw away?
If you sneezed in a tissue, discard of it immediately by throwing into a closed bin.

You can either say "discard it" or "dispose of it", but not "discard of it". "Throw it away" is more informal/colloquial but also correct.

Any of them would work. Dispose and discard sound more formal -- either "dispose of it" or "discard it"
