As Dwayne says it should be "hasn't processed". And we also need to know the context of the negative emotion/ feeling. Here is a couple of examples: "The business that I built up over many years has gone bankrupt, I have had to close it. This is very upsetting - I haven't processed it yet." - This means that I am having difficulty accepting this new reality. It is difficult to understand how this could have happened, and to know or imagine what I can do next, how I can move forward with my life. You could also use this expression after the death of someone close to you who you had known for many years. It would take some time to accept this painful reality, so that you could move on with your life. So the "processing" is a period of time during which you progressively go through a series of psychological states/ feelings/ emotions before you reach a point of understanding and acceptance, that make it possible to continue on a new basis, with new parameters, with a new reality. In the case of someone dying, psychologists sometimes describe this process as: "The 5 stages of grief": denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance, or: "The seven emotional stages of grief": shock or disbelief, denial, bargaining, guilt, anger, depression, and acceptance/hope.

I think it's wrong to begin with.. It should say, "someone hasn't processed".. But I need more context to explain it. Edit: To process emotions is to deal with the stages of an emotion. To be angry and then accept the situation and then calm down.
