跟 and 和 both means "and". However, 跟 implies "to follow". Both sentences mean "She and I went touring" 我和她去旅遊。 我跟她去旅遊。This implies you are following her wherever she goes. She's making all the calls.

和is official expression, 跟is oral expression, the meanings r almost the same.
