Se usan ambas, aunque es más común decir: La semana que viene.

Hola Tracy, cualquiera de la dos formas esta bien dicha. Escribiste la manera formal e informal. Por ejemplo:
Adiós Tracy, te espero la semana entrante.
O
Tracy te veo la semana que viene.
