I agree with Kamal's answer.
"Beef" is any cut of meat from a cow: different cuts have different names.
"Steak" is a type of cut of meat or fish from any animal; it is a thick slice of meat or fish that usually gets cooked by frying, grilling or broiling.
Steaks from different parts of an animal often have specific names. For example, some of the types of beef steak are T-bone steak, rib eye steak, flank steak, sirloin steak, filet mignon, (New York) strip steak, and so on.

The word beef is used when it’s an ingredient added to a recipe: beef (flavored) bullion, beef brisket (a cut of beef), shredded beef (an ingredient), beef stew (a soup with beef in it), shepherd pie (with beef added to it), beef tips (added to stew).
The word steak is used when it is the main ingredient and when it is not chipped or ground or cut up: salisbury steak, steak tacos, steak pannini, sirloin steak, steak tips (steak cooked or grilled, and then cut up and usually eaten slathered in sauce).
Steaks are meat entres and they are not mixed into a recipe or casserole but served with side dishes of vegetables and other foods. And they could be made from other meats or even vegetables not beef, such as salmon steak, mushroom steak, pork steak; but usually they are simply beef steak and you normally would just call that steak.
“Tomorrow for lunch I am going to make butter steak” ✅yes
“Tomorrow for lunch I am going to make butter steaks” 🛑no, steak not “steaks”
“Tomorrow for lunch I am going to make butter beef” not if you’re talking about flat slices of beef but, yes, if you’re talking about roast beef which has been simmered on the stovetop or in a casserole. There is a type of stew beef called butter beef. So it depends what you’re referring to.
“How to make butter steak(s)” ✅ (except no s on it 🛑)
“How to make butter beef”? ✅ if you’re talking about stew beef ✅ otherwise no

Hey,
The first is correct: "Tomorrow for lunch I am going to make butter steak." Or, more naturally, "I am going to make butter steak for lunch tomorrow."
We don't normally pluralise "steak" so it would be "How do I/you make butter steak?"
Finally "steak" and "beef" aren't the same thing. Not all beef is steak, nor is all steak beef. There are types of beef that are not steak, and there are types of steak that are not beef. You could also be making beef stew, or you could eat beef ribs. Likewise, there is tuna steak.
