This is what he believed in, as once he became addicted to drugs, Kurt Cobain burnt out very quickly.

Hello Loveless, "Kurt Cobain" was a drug addict dying of an overdose at the age of 27, yeh he really burnt out quickly the guy ;) I loved his music though. It is not good to burn out quickly nor to fade away slowly. If we are all destined to fade away maybe we can learn to do it in a graceful way. In young age we are healthy and strong for example ,by avoiding bad unhealthy habits and adapting a preventive life style we could become lesser weak in old age and lead a healthier life for longer time. According to Kurt it is better to end a miserable life quickly abruptly with an overdose than to lead a healthy longer life, that could be marked with positive achievements. His is a very pessimistic view indeed! Acknowledging the nature of life that is marked by change and vicissitudes is essential to avoid pain. If you already know that nothing stays the same but change ;) then you can confront those ups and downs in life with a more optimistic view .The guy could have lived to make good music!

I certainly don't like to fade away. I just want to enjoy my life to the full, have a reputation without a blemish, live a happy and healthy life and work hard to achieve all my dreams and ambitions!! 'cause you can also burn out quickly without living your life to the full and after ruining or damaging your reputation :)
