Intuition (Latin intueri, to look into) is a psychological and philosophical term which designates the process of immediate apprehension or perception of an actual fact, being, or relation between two terms and its results. While six sense refers to: Āyatana (Pāli; Sanskrit) is the Buddhist term for a "sense base" or "sense sphere." Hello richa Everybody has a little bit of intuition but for "sixth sense" it is less frequent and it is often associated to paranormal activities...

Intuition-- The act or faculty of knowing or sensing without the use of rational processes; a perceptive insight. Sixth Sense-- A power of perception seemingly independent of the five senses; commonly associated with paranormal activities.

They are pretty much synonyms, you can use either term to refer to inner knowledge that one may have difficulty explaining its origin or how one's mind came to that insight.
