By this, I take it to mean that the people who have lead a good Christian life, and have entered heaven after their death as a result, are dull and uninteresting in his opinion. By implication, those people who have rebelled agains the constraints of Christian doctrine, and thus have been denied entrance to heaven, are much more insteresting.

All the interesting people are in Hell! :D As fdmaxey pointed out, Nietzsche implied that being in Heaven meant you did everything "right" and followed the "rules"... which could be the least interesting and unoriginal thing anyone could do (according to his own perspective of Christianity).
