what does free-scoring mean？It‘s used frequently in football news，but why I can't find it in a dictionary?

In UK football, a freescoring player is one who scores a lot of goals and almost no-one can stop him. A freescoring game is a football match where there are quite a few goals.

Hi , here we call it a free kick which is given by the umpire to the opposite team. I hope this helps.
