May u translate "I don't understand!" & "My Hindi is not very good" to English and with Eng. alphabet now?

just i want to know how can i say"who are you ? in hindi

It is already written in English. In Hindi it would be 'mujhe samajh me nahi aaya' or 'main nahi samajha'. Second sentence would be 'meri Hindi achchi nahi hai'
