Is it a correct sentence:"I`m sorry I broke your window" he said.- He said to have breaking my window. Thanks.
Thanks, but it`s important to keep the word "breaking" in this sentence!

He said that he had broken my window. (Reported speech)
Or
He told me that he had broken my window. (Reported speech)
Past simple (Direct Speech) ------ Past perfect (Reported Speech)
He said to have ... (incorrect)

Or better:
He apologised for having broken my window.
