Hi, you have asked a similar question before. I think that you need to see a counsellor to talk about your sadness.

i always bought a lot of snacks and then locked myself up in my room.and what's more?i listened to the album of lady gaga. haha

when i feel sad i listen to music (smth that is really funny!) or call my parents and my friends to overcome sadness! as a rule, it works perfectly fine! :)
