樓上的完全正確，跟國語的「呢」的用法大同小異（可能）。

對的，tim用中文寫就是“添”。相當於國語“呢”的意思，一般跟重（這個“重”在粵語中與“仲”發音相同，是“還”的意思。）連用。
例如：我重以為呢件事系佢做嘅添。 （我還以為這件事是他做的呢。）
佢唔單止靚，重好有米添。 （他不單漂亮，還很有錢呢）

她好靚而且重好有錢 tim (She is very beautiful and very rich too)
In Cantonese, the word " tim" means too if it is placed at the end of the sentence.
