What's a chatroom? If you mean text chat, then there are plenty of chatrooms on QQ that chat in English. Search & you will find. Then ask to join. Some have "oral" in their names, but few people seem to want actually chat in spoken English. There are some Chinese-oriented skype-based chat rooms, but I am not familiar with them. from what I've seen (heard) they seem to be rather stilted. Hope I've answered your question.
