All of them, you can say: "I'm feeling __________" and "she is ___________ today". "cross" means a little bit angry, and usually this is because of something that happened. The others are just feelings for no reason. Maybe you just wake up in the morning feeling irritable/peevish/grouchy or touchy. 我感觉grouchy. 我是grouchy.

You could say, "I am grouchy today, don't cross me!" This means you are in a bad or unhappy mood, and that you don't want anyone getting you angry. You can also say, "I am irritable today!"
