I think maybe it's difficult to translate, but my interpretation is:
Good skin comes from getting enough sleep.
What does the 得 in '得來‘ mean? 獲得？
in that case, it means literally something like: Good skin is gotten from (during your) sleep, meaning Good skin comes from getting enough sleep.
