我觉得“你的妈妈身体好吗？”这句很好，如果你是老外，跟人说“令堂安好？”会让人觉得很奇怪，现代人很少这样说。这虽然表达一种正式和尊敬，但也显得生疏，这时对方可能会回答“家母安康，多谢挂记。”
