'Haben Sie vielen Dank" ist idiomatisch und wird nicht so öfters benutzt wie
"Vielen Dank".
"Haben Sie vielen Dank " und "Vielen Dank" bedeuten jedenfalls dasselbe:
'Many Thanks' oder 'Thanks a lot '.

Ich denke, dass eine Equivalent fuer "Thanks a lot" in Englische Sprache!! Deshalt man sagt, nicht Danke sondern "Vielen Dank"

"Haben Sie vielen Dank" is very formal and shows a great appreciation towards the person who helped you out.
"Vielen Dank" is more common in everyday language but the one above is used as well.
