In this sentence, "does" is a main verb of the embedded question. It's -s form (does, not do) because company is singular. It's just asking about the activity that the company is involved in or the purpose for this company.

Sempre se usa "does" ou [verbo] + "s" quando o substantivo a que se direciona a ação está na terceira pessoa do singular.

What does your company do? Can you tell me what your company does? Standard reported question!

First of all, "your company" is a third person singular. Second, which tense do you wanna use here?
