in dayly use jouji kanji, which one has biggest stroke count (and meaning)
is it possible for one kanji to have more than one meaings? thank you

the largest kanji i have ever seen is 䯂, it means: large group of horses traveling in a line; numerous; very many;
a kanji certainly may mean more than one thing, like the one above and 便, that means convinient, facility and excrement
