Proper spelling of a foreign language you mean? cause it's not their mother tongue!!

Any employer will tell you that proper spelling and grammar in any language are crucial since employees will need it for writing reports, understanding documents and in formal communications. Unfortunately, due to texting habits, a lot of people think that slang and text language are acceptable. I find a lot of my students don't use proper grammar and spelling in their English essays.
