and ikô. Does both mean "let's go" ? Thanks!

iku yo = I'm off; we're off
ikou (yo) = Let's go
Not a great deal of difference in this case.

Asobi ni iko yo - Let's go somewhere.
Shumatsu iko yo - Let's go for the weekend.
