“这件事很麻烦”最直接的说法用trouble、annoy、bother就可以了，在日常口语里能表达的就有很多，你可以说：Such a ticklish / sticky / knotty matter
“你这个人真麻烦”在口语里你也可以说：U really get in my hair / U really get on my nerves / U'r such a pain to me等等
另外，nuisance这个词可以用来形容某件事或者某个人很烦人，用法是make oneself a nuisance
