memorize them over and over again.

i'd recommend this: repeat them periodically, let's say each 5-10 minutes. use new words in your speech, build sentences with them. It's also good practice to memorize the whole sentences in which you use 2-3 new words.

When you use the words you want to memorize, they automatically go into your head. But do not try to memorize them, try to learn them .. Read text over and over again, it'll help you a lot .. Try using these new words on practicing dialogues with people who already speak the language fluently, or especially natives. Lucky...
