"혹시 저아시나요~"
뜻이.. 의심스러운. Is this similar to/a form of "혹시 우리 만난 적 있나요"?

Yes, it is. :D
It is often used to mean "혹시 저 아시나요?(= Do I know you?)",
but literally it can be "혹시 우리 전에 만난적 있나요?"
Sometimes it can be used for a pickup line,I guess.^^
