You would not say ‘my best’ unless you were the teacher etc and were saying that about a musician in your school band for example so I think you are looking for the word favorite. You could also say ‘The best drummer is…’ though you would probably add something like ‘in the world’ or ‘in my opinion’ to the end of the statement about it.
