For example, I go to work, I cook dinner, I watch a movie etc. If you want to describe what you are doing at a specific time (e.g., now) then we can use the Present Continuous (e.g., I am chatting with you, I am wearing a t-shirt). I get up every day at 7 a.m. and take a shower. After that, I prepare to go to work. I finish work at 5 p.m. and come back home to cook dinner for me and my family. After that, I go for a walk for an hour and come back home to watch a movie or television show .
