I believe that the leadership is an inherited trait. Even if you have take a good education, you may not be able to convince people to follow you. There are a lot of good examples regarding this topic in history. Many popular universities have been delivering very high education since they were established, but only a limited number of people manage to attract people's attention, and make them follow their ideas. In my country there is a wonderful example in the founder of our country Ataturk. He not only received a good education which helped him to improve his personality but also was able to attract attention from huge crowds. And you can be sure that he was born with these leadership skills.
