Hello everyone!
Do you think it is natural to say "Do you need any help?", when meaning that one is not going to help us, but they are annoyed with us or that we are too slow and they are irritated? I read it in one book in English translated from Ukrainian (the original phrase was Тобі що, допомогти? if someone speaks Ukrainian), so I doubt it to be natural in everyday English communication in such a context.
I would really appreciate your help!

If I understand you correctly, the more common and natural way of this expression is "Can I help you?" in an annoyed or irritated tone. The core meaning of the words is the same, just not a common way of expression.
