I think it's awesome if could ever be done and happened to be sustainable. However, it's almost always hard as hell and practically impossible. That's why a hobby is a hobby, a fun activity during your leisure time. And career is career, something society needs and you happen to be able to do well. Sadly, pursuing a dream of turning a hobby into a career has a great chance of ruining entire life by wasting too much time in failed attempts. So be careful.. and try!
