Hi there! I'm trying to cancel a package but my teacher says I must cancel each separate lesson in the package? I have a few packages and Italki says it;s possible to cancel via the cancel package button. Any ideas? It can't be so difficult! Can it....

Speak to Italki live support in one browser tab, and ask them specifically where to find the links or buttons to cancel the package. Have another tab option, to look for it.
