I think it’s an essential part of our health. Also, we can communicate with many people by exercising. I want to keep exercising/it up.

In the last bit, I suggested "it up" instead of "exercising" just to keep from repeating the same word again. As for "I was able to enjoy it", your sentence is correct. I just don't think it meant exactly what you wanted to say. Or perhaps it's just not the most idiomatic way to say it. So I suggested an alternative. Cheers.
