I came across an interesting article about an electric power generation. It's a nuclear fusion generation which generates electricity utilizing fusion of hydrogen's nucleus and so on. It can generate amount of heat with equivalent petroleum 8 tons from 1 gram fuel. On top of that, it doesn't generate radioactive substances which needs to manage for a few ten thousands years. There is an inexhaustible supply of the fuel like hydrogen on the earth. The article states our electric bill will be free in the future if the power generation was commercialized. Actually, I couldn't believe my eyes and did a double take when I read the article. There are some startups, which have been working on the generation, in the U.S. One of them is "Helion Energy[HE]", and another is "Commonwealth Fusion Systems[CFS]". They are adopting different kinds of nuclear fusion generation. Unfortunately, I can't figure out the details, but it seems like HE gets electric power with the change of magnetic field by an energy made by the nuclear fusion reaction. CFS gets electric power by turning turbine with steam due to the heat generated by the nuclear fusion reaction. Both makers still have some problems and the commercialization doesn't have an end in sight. I look forward to the time with free power bill coming in the future.

Hey tatsuki san! Great to read your text as always. It's (the article) is about a (kind of) nuclear fusion generation which generates electricity by utilizing the fusion of the nucleus of a hydrogen (atom? fusion with what?) and so on? -tatsuki, this "and so on" seems like important information. It can generate heat equivalent to 8 tons of petroleum from 1 gram of fuel (generated by hydrogen fusion? On top of this, it doesn't generate radioactive substances which need to be managed (maintained, controlled, safely stored) for a few ten thousand years. -----Both makers (are) still hav(ing) some problems (with what) and the commercialization (of the energy) doesn't (seem to) have an end in sight. I look forward to the time when the power bill will be free in the coming future.
